How does ENTCO get Paid?

That is up to you.

If we are managing your entire event, we bill you for our time.  This varies according to the type of work being performed.  Ask us for a proposal.

If you are buying our services individually:

• Negotiating Hotel Contracts - Hotels pay us the travel agent commissions for rooms booked.  What you save in the concessions we negotiate usually far exceeds the commissions we are paid.

• Entertainers - we charge you 15% commission

• Production equipment, decor, ground transportation & package tours - we buy wholesale & sell at market price.

• Catering & restaurant dine a rounds - we charge you 10% of the total bill.

• Sporting & Theater event tickets - we charge you 15% of the negotiated group ticket price.

No matter what or how you buy these services, it costs you no more to buy from ENTCO than to buy direct.  If you value your time, add the long distance footwork expense.... we are cheaper!

How much does entertainment cost?

This depends on many factors.

• The day of the year - Holiday, weekend, just a busy day.

• Number of hours - this isn't just performance time it is total time needed to do the entire job.

• Travel costs

• Size of the audience - this determines how much production is involved.

• Where is the event taking place
